Product Guarantee

We want our customers to feel confident when ordering from us. Because our products are custom-made, each item is checked before dispatch to make sure it meets our standards.

We offer a limited replacement guarantee on selected products:

  • Phone cases, keyrings, and all other items we classify as high wear: up to 3 months from the date of delivery

  • Prints and metal prints: up to 6 months from the date of delivery

This guarantee covers manufacturing faults, print defects, peeling, fading, cracking, or issues caused by the way the product was made, where the fault has not been caused by customer use or damage.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product so we can review the problem.

If we confirm that the issue is covered by this guarantee, we will offer a replacement where possible. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a suitable alternative, repair, partial refund, or refund at our discretion.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • accidental damage, including drops, scratches, dents, bends, cracks, or impact damage;

  • normal wear and tear from everyday use;

  • misuse, poor care, or failure to follow care instructions;

  • water damage, heat damage, chemical damage, or exposure to unsuitable conditions;

  • damage caused after delivery;

  • customer-supplied spelling mistakes, incorrect details, or wrong images;

  • poor-quality, blurry, pixelated, cropped, or unsuitable images supplied by the customer;

  • colour differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or display differences;

  • change-of-mind returns for custom-made items.

The guarantee period starts from the date the order is delivered.

This replacement guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect your legal rights.
