Once an order has been placed, we may begin production shortly afterwards. Because of this, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend an order where necessary, including but not limited to cases where:

• the product is unavailable;

• incorrect information has been provided;

• there has been a pricing or listing error;

• payment has not been received or has failed;

• the order contains inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or infringing content;

• we are unable to complete the order for any other reasonable reason.

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless there has been an obvious error.

4. Customer Uploaded Content

Where customers upload, send, or provide images, logos, text, artwork, designs, files, or any other content for custom printing, the customer is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right, permission, licence, or ownership required to use that content.

By submitting content to us, the customer confirms that the content does not infringe any copyright, trade mark, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights belonging to any third party.

We do not claim ownership of customer-uploaded content. Any content provided by the customer will only be used for the purpose of producing the requested custom item.

We are not responsible for checking, verifying, or confirming whether customer-uploaded content infringes the rights of any third party. The customer accepts full responsibility for any content they provide and agrees that they will be responsible for any claims, losses, costs, damages, or legal expenses that arise from the use of content they supplied.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order or uploaded content that we believe may infringe copyright, trade marks, intellectual property rights, or any other legal rights, or that we otherwise consider inappropriate.

5. Product Images, Colours, and Variations

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product images, colours, sizes, finishes, and designs may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, materials, production methods, and the custom nature of the products.

Small variations between product photos, previews, mock-ups, and the final item will not usually be considered a fault.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on production time, courier delays, postal delays, customs, strikes, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the item.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

As many of our products are custom-made, personalised, or made to order, returns are only accepted in exceptional circumstances.

We do not usually accept returns or cancellations simply because a customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, provided incorrect details, or no longer wants the product.

Returns may be approved where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was agreed at the time of purchase.

Customers must contact us as soon as possible using the Message Us option on our website and provide their order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant.
